Our Stampe SV4-B OO-GWB made it to Zanzibar, the isle of spices, yesterday evening! We had a very bumpy and tiring flight though. There were several huge Cumulonimbus clouds between Kilimanjaro and the coastline of the Indian Ocean, and we have faced very strong winds. But what we saw from our little cockpit was absolutely stunning and was worthing the constant fight with the elements. The colours and the contrasts of the red lands with the dark great sky are extremely photogenic. Tanzania: what a fabulous country! Better than words, here are a few pictures:

When we arrived in Zanzibar, we had drinks in a beautiful hotel and this is the view we have enjoyed until sunset.
